This is such a cute Romantic Comedy which is so heart-warming, funny and very touching, where family and friends are everything.

This is the story of Minnie and Quinn and how they were born at the same hospital just a minute apart. Thirty years later they meet again and their destiny seems to be entangled. Minnie and her friend Leila work together catering for people that can’t get to shops or people who live alone and can’t cook on their own but their business is struggling financially. Quinn on the other hand seems to have everything but behind doors he is struggling emotionally.

Wow… I really enjoyed this book, it is more than just a Rom-Com. It is a story full of realistic situations, where friends support each other but also argue and disagree with certain things, where family is supportive but also have their own problems to deal with. The romance between the main characters was realistic as they get to know each other as friends first and have their own baggage. It was so refreshing to see honesty on both sides and how each of them needed to accept themselves before they could start a relationship. The book takes place over a single year and also jumps back in time to when both Quinn and Minnie where younger, but this time skipping is well written and it is easy to keep up with where you are in the story. All of these jumps were to significant events in their lives and we learn how their paths had crossed many times before without them knowing it.

I didn’t want to put this book down. There were pages were I was laughing so hard at how funny it was, there were other pages in which I was angry with the characters but also pages where I was sad and wanted to cry. This is a story full of emotions which are very well balanced throughout the book.

I highly recommend to read this book for a sweet and unique story which can be read at any time of the year and how cute is the cover of the book? A must read.
