About the Blog

I want to start this project by telling you all a bit about myself and the reason I am starting this adventure.

I have lived in Edinburgh, Scotland for the last 12 years and I love the city and the people who live here. I have always had a passion for reading about anything and everything. I love researching about the books and its authors.

I have two boys ages six and eight years’ old who since they were small have really enjoyed being read to at story time and now that they are in primary school and are able to read by themselves I want to find books that a bit more advanced.  Book that they would be able to enjoy reading and to with a more complex story with magic, adventure and good morals. There are so many books out there and I just want to share the stories that my boys enjoy the most and hopefully to discover new authors and new adventures.

Also once in a while I will be sharing some of the books that I enjoy as a mom as reading is my way to relax after a long day.

I hope to offer reliable information and to share some of my experiences with new authors and the books that we read. My boys will be contributing with their opinions as well and their suggestions of the books that I’ll review here.
